No one likes to go to the doctor. It’s something that we do (or should do) regularly because this is how we keep track of our physical health. There are numbers that gauge the body’s health and let us know if we are on the right path OR if there is reason to adjust what we are doing to make improvements.
Just as we measure our body’s health, there are certain indicators we can keep an eye on within the church that will help us measure our well-being and effectiveness. They’re specific numbers that, when tracked over time, will either confirm that we’re on course or signal an issue that needs to be addressed.
Under the surface, there could be all kinds of cracks and potential problems you aren’t even aware of yet!
In my Brand New – “What Gets Measured” E-Book I will help you identify the most important numbers in your church and how to use them for maintenance, growth and to spot the places that might need more adjustments. You can get this E-book for FREE – Now through May 13th!
